Flowpaper

A unique and calming way to draw.

Fluid brushes respond naturally to your touch, turning simple lines into flowing art.

Flowpaper is a drawing app for iPhone and iPad. There is nothing to learn. Move a finger, watch the line swirl into smoke, silk and blossom, and let a few minutes go by.

Brushes that flow

Twenty fluid, physics-based brushes, from gossamer, silk-like webs to smoke and paint. Each one moves in its own way, so a slow line and a quick one never look the same.

A symmetrical knot of violet ribbons with pink strands woven through it.

Relaxing symmetry drawing

Turn on rotational symmetry and one stroke repeats around the centre. Mandalas and patterns appear in seconds, and it is hard to stop.

Fine green, blue and gold threads sweeping across a dark canvas.

Drawings that move

Make still drawings, or animated ones that flow and evolve as you watch. Record what you draw and share it as a video.

Wallpapers and backgrounds

Fill the screen with colour, pick a palette, or draw over your own photos. Export in high resolution for a lock screen, or to carry on in another art app.
